Make plans to support our annual Back-to-School Food Drive on Saturday, August 24th! With a goal of restocking our warehouse with food at the beginning of the school year, neighborhoods in our community will participate by filling up bags with specific food items to help students in our community facing food insecurity. Small businesses and other groups can also participate by collecting food items. Food collection begins the weekend of August 18th and dropoff at our warehouse is on Saturday, August 24th, from 9am-noon.

Week of August 12th

Pick up bags from the warehouse (specific times to come)

Weekend of August 16th

Distribute bags to houses/people in your neighborhood/group. Each bag will have a flyer stapled to it, with the list of items we are asking them to donate.

Saturday morning, August 24th

Pick up bags of donations from your neighborhood and drop off at our warehouse between 9-noon on the 24th.

If your neighborhood is already on the list, still consider signing up! It is helpful to have more than one person volunteering, especially when picking up/dropping off donations at the warehouse!

2023 Back-to-School Drive

Last year we collected 25,253 pounds of food donated for local students in need! With 100+ neighborhoods and businesses getting involved, 15,000 bags distributed in the community and around 250 volunteers helped make the food drive a success.

600+ students received a bag of food every weekend BECAUSE OF YOU! Thank you for believing in our mission and giving back to make a difference.
